From our hands to yours, every order is packaged with care and attention. At YSL Beauty we pride ourselves in delivering every order in a fully sustainable box, whether it’s our luxury gift box or our sustainable letterbox size box.
Our black gift boxes include the gold embellished YSL Cassandra while their durability allows them to be reused time and time again.
We have embarked on a conscious journey in terms of the packaging we offer, and are now proud to say that our gift boxes are 100% sustainable in line with the brands’ commitment to reduce our impact on the environment in all ways possible.
So that our gift boxes are protected throughout their journey to you, we have created brown cardboard outer shipper boxes to minimalise any damage to your order while in transit. These boxes are 100% sustainable and are fitted to the exact size of the black gift boxes to cut down on any waste materials.
We provide a Small and Medium size gift box so that we can reduce packaging where possible on smaller orders. One product orders will be delivered in our fully sustainable letterbox shipper boxes which can fit through the letterbox, again reducing any excess packaging.
We are delighted that we no longer include a paper version of the invoice inside our boxes but instead have moved to an electronic returns process. In addition, instead of providing a returns label with every order, we now only provide returns labels upon request, therefore reducing the amount of paper we are consuming.
Included in each box is a thank you card from us to you made from 100% recycled paper that includes a QR code directing you to the online returns form as well as some of our online services like our virtual consultations that we offer online.
