YSL VERNIS À LÈVRES VINYL CREAM LIQUID LIPSTICK PRIZE DRAW

1.      The prize draw is open to all customers who (a) have bought a Ysl Vernis À Lèvres Vinyl Cream Liquid Lipstick (in any shade) on www.YSLBeauty.co.uk between 1st January 2017 and 20th June 2017; (b) opted in on www.YSLBeauty.co.uk to receive YSL direct marketing communications; and (c) are residents in Great Britain (which excludes Northern Ireland) and are aged 18 or over.

2.      Only one entry per person. Multiple entries made by the same person from various email or other accounts or from the same IP address will not be accepted.

3.      Entrants must have internet access to be eligible. Entrants must read and accept the website Terms and Conditions, Review Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy to be eligible.

4.      Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost, damaged or delayed entries whether due to technical or connectivity problems or otherwise.

5.      To enter, entrants must write a review of the YSL Vernis À Lèvres Vinyl Cream Liquid Lipstick which they have bought from www.YSLBeauty.co.uk, on the official YSL UK website: Vinyl Cream, upon which they will automatically be entered into the prize draw.

6.      Reviews which are incomplete, or do not comply with these T&Cs or the Review Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.

7.      Any entries containing any third party intellectual property without prior informed consent from the rights holder, or abusive, inappropriate, offensive or obscene language or imagery will be disqualified. Examples of language/images considered to be inappropriate, offensive or obscene, include (but are not limited to): any message/image which contains (a) swearing; (b) comments or actions which appear to be discriminatory of any person, company or group of individuals, for example comments of a racist, sexist or homophobic nature; (c) sexual innuendo, sexual language or sexual acts, actions or gestures; (d) promoting any illegal unlawful activity such as drug use; (e) any message that appears to be an advertisement or solicitation to buy; and (f) any materials (whether written or visual) that directly or indirectly relate to L’Oréal Paris competitor brands or that show any intention of promoting any brand other than Yves Saint Laurent Beauté.

8.      Entries must be received no later than 23:59 BST on Tuesday 8th August 2017.

9.      The prize draw will take place on Friday 11th August 2017.

10.  5 correctly completed reviews shall be drawn at random. 

11.  The winners will each receive Could you please make sure to (6ml) in a shade of their choice from the following: 401, 407, 414, 415, 416.

12.  The winners will be notified by email by Tuesday 15th August 2017. If a winner does not respond via the above route within 30 days of the Promoter’s initial contact being made and provide their address for the prize to be delivered to, the Promoter reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.

13.  The winners should allow up to 30 days from the closing date for delivery of their prize.

14.  The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15.  A list of the winners can be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the Promoter within 4 weeks of the closing date.

16.  The winners must be prepared to take part in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities. No compensation for loss of earnings will be paid by the Promoter for participation in any aspect of this prize draw.

17.  If a prize is declined or if a winner forfeits a prize under these terms or conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.

18.  The prizes are as stated, they are not transferable and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of like value in the event that the selected prize is unavailable for any reason whatsoever.

20.  Accordingly entrants assign to the Promoter any copyright and other intellectual property rights which exist in their participation in the YSL Vernis À Lèvres Vinyl Cream Liquid Lipstick Prize Draw, and irrevocably waive any moral rights that could vest in them (which shall include their name, city and age) under the Copyrights, Designs and Patents Act 1988 or otherwise, and undertake to do all things necessary immediately on the Promoter’s request to effect or confirm any assignment in this paragraph.

21.  Entrants' submissions, future submissions and quotes generated during any stage of the promotion may be modified by the Promoter to fit in context with the content of the relevant usage, whilst maintaining the original sentiment.

22.  The Promoter reserves the right to not feature all quotes due to space, time or editorial reasons.

23.  All personal details and/or information given by the entrant must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading.
