Self application:
1. Smooth & Lift the face - Work on one side of the face at a time; Apply alternate upward smoothing glide from the inner face outward. Carry on the alternate smoothing from the outline of the forehead to the center. Repeat on the opposite side of the face.
2. Smooth & Lift the neck - Work on one side of the face at a time; Apply alternate upward smoothing glide from the inner neck outward. Repeat the gesture four times, or five times if necessary.
3. Fill-up - With Both hands on one cheek at a time, grasp and pinch the skin and muscle between the length of fingers starting from jawline to the cheekbone two times or tree times over the area. Repeat on the opposite side cheek, and in between the eyebrows twice. Complete by smoothing alternatively each side the neck twice.
