A liquid liner to achieve a variety of eye looks. The Couture Liquid Eyeliner has an extra slim felt tip that allows you to draw the perfect line, every time. Its smudgeproof, long-wear formula glides onto the lid with high color intensity, leaving a flawless matte finish that is smooth and fast drying. Available in a variety of stylist shades.

Shake Before Use. Use the tip of the applicator to create an elongated line along the upper lashes drawing upwards at the end. Repeat if a thicker, bolder look is desired.
